algoComp'24, ITU ACM Student Chapter tarafından düzenlenmektedir. Yarışmaya kayıt olan herkes aşağıdaki "Yarışma Şartnamesi"ni kabul etmiş sayılır. algoComp'24 bu satırdan sonra "Yarışma" olarak anılacaktır.
Yarışma'ya Katılım
1. Yarışma'ya sadece öğrenciler katılabilmektedir.
2. Öğrenciler yarışmaya takım halinde veya bireysel olarak katılabilmektedir.
3. Bir takım en fazla 3 kişiden oluşabilir.
Başvuru Esasları
1. Yarışma'ya GMT/UTC+3 23 Ocak 2023 saat 23:59'a kadar kayıt alınacaktır. Belirtilen tarih ve saatten sonra hiçbir sekilde kayıt kabul edilmeyecektir
2. Yarışma'ya kayıtlar, https://algocomp.ituacm.com/join web sitesindeki Yarışmaya Katılım Formu doldurularak yapılmalıdır.
3. Takım olarak yarışacak yarışmacılar takım halinde kayıt olmalıdır. Ayrı ayrı kayıt olan yarışmacılar farklı takımlarda sayılacaktır ve takım halinde yarışamayacaktır.
Yarışma Süreci
1. Ön eleme aşaması 12 saat sürecektir.
2. Yarışma'nın ön eleme aşamasında ilk 25 sırada yer alan takımlar, ITU ACM Student Chapter tarafından mail aracılığıyla 1 Şubat 2023 tarihinde bilgilendirilecektir.
3. Final gününde yarışmacılar, https://algocomp.ituacm.com/ web sitesi üzerinden paylaşacağımız takvime uygun hareket etmekle hükümlüdürler.
4. Ödül almaya hak kazanan yarışmacıların her biri; öğrenci kimliği fotokopisi, öğrenci belgesi vb. aracılığı ile öğrenci olduğunu kanıtlamak zorundadır.
5. Yarışmacılar final etabında da ön eleme etabındaki takım arkadaşlarıyla yarışmak zorundadır. Final etabında yarışmacıların ön eleme etabındaki katılım şekilleri esas alınır.
Kişisel Verilere İlişkin Husus
1. Bu Şartname uyarınca yarışmaya katılan her katılımcı; mail, eğitim durumu ve okul bilgilerinin gerekli görüldüğü durumlarda paylaşılmasına açık rıza göstermiş sayılacaktır.
2. Yarışmaya katılan her katılımcının mail, eğitim durumu ve okul bilgileri bu yarışmada gösterecekleri başarıya bağlı olarak; ITU ACM tarafından sponsorlarla paylaşılabilecektir.
3. ITU ACM Student Chapter, katılımcıların yukarıda belirtilen verilerini sponsorlarla paylaşma hakkına sahiptir.
ITU ACM Student Chapter’ın Sahip Olduğu Haklar
1. ITU ACM Student Chapter, ödülleri değiştirme hakkına sahiptir. Bu durumda yarışmacılar herhangi bir hak talebinde bulunamazlar.
2. ITU ACM Student Chapter, Yarışma öncesinde katılım koşullarında her türlü değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
3. Katılımcılar, yaptıkları başvurular esnasında verdikleri bilgilerin doğru olduğunu taahhüt eder. ITU ACM Student Chapter, yanıltıcı bilgi veren başvuranları diskalifiye etme hakkına sahiptir.
4. ITU ACM Student Chapter, kontrolü dışında meydana gelen olaylardan ötürü (buna yangın, sel, fırtına, ölüm, grev, protestolar veya önlenemez kazalar dâhildir) ödül törenini öncesinde bilgi vermeksizin erteleme, değiştirme ve iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.
algoComp’23 is organized by ITU ACM Student Chapter. Applying to algoComp’23 signifies unconditional acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Contest Rules below. algoComp’23 will be referred to as “Contest” after this line.
Participation in the Contest
1. Only students are welcome to participate in the Contest.
2. Students can participate in the contest individually or with a team.
3. A team must consist of 3 members at most.
The Application Principles
1. Applications to Contest will be open until January 23rd 2023, 23.59 (GMT+3). Applications will not be accepted after the stated date and time in any circumstances.
2. Applications to contest must be done by filling the Contestant Participation Form at https://algocomp.ituacm.com/
3. Participants wishing to compete as a team must register to the Contest as a team. Participants who register separately will be considered in different teams and won’t be able to compete in the same team.
The Contest Process
1. Preliminary stage will take 12 hours.
2. Teams ranked in top 25 in preliminary stage will be contacted by ITU ACM Student Chapter through e-mail on February 1st, 2023.
3. On the final day, participants are responsible with following the program on the website https://algocomp.ituacm.com/
4. Every participant qualified for prizes must prove their student status by student ID, student certificate etc.
5. Participants must compete with the same team in both preliminary and final stage. The teams in preliminary stage will be taken as a basis for the final stage.
Personal Data and Privacy Policy
1. As per this contract, every participant consents that ITU ACM Student Chapter may share email addresses, education status and school informations with sponsor companies if needed.
2. According to their success in contest, every participant’s email address, education status and school information may be shared with sponsor companies by ITU ACM Student Chapter.
3. ITU ACM Student Chapter holds the right to share informations specified above with sponsor companies.
The rights of ITU ACM Student Chapter
1. ITU ACM Student Chapter holds the right to change the prizes. Participants can not claim any rights if it comes to this situation.
2. ITU ACM Student Chapter holds the right to change terms of participation before the contest.
3. Participants must quarantee that the information they have given during the application process is true. ITU ACM Student Chapter holds the right to disqualify any participant with misleading information.
4. ITU ACM Student Chapter holds the right to cancel or postpone the award ceremony without prior notice in cases out of its control (fire, flood, storm, death, strike, protest or unavoidable accidents are included).
